For international participants, payments will be done in USD.
Turkish participants can make their transaction in Turkish Lira, also. The bank account information will be announced soon.
For national participants, payment will be made once your paper is accepted. Pre-registration using the online system is highly recommended for domestic participants in order to avoid delays upon arrival at the Congress Registration Desk. In case of reasons beyond the control of the congress organizers, the organization has the right to immediately alter or cancel the congress or any arrangements, timetables, plans, or other items relating directly or indirectly to the 3icvmp.
The conference policy council has not set a limit on the number of articles submitted.
Please note that the results of the article review will be announced 15 days after its receipt, and if accepted by the reviewers, the final acceptance certificate of the article will only be available upon payment of the registration fee and the article submission fee.
Please note that if you have paid in advance and the Scientific Committee does not accept your final paper, the payment will not be refunded. For this reason, we recommend making the payment once your paper is accepted. No refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
